The Subdivision & Development Appeal Board (SDAB) hears appeals from municipal subdivision and development authorities. SDAB decisions shape the community and affect the lives of developers, neighbours, citizens and businesses. It is important that the public have confidence in the quality of these decisions and the decision-making process.
Board Information
MEMBERSHIP:
The Board shall consist of five members who shall be appointed by resolution of Council and be composed of five (5) members at large, being residents of the City of Leduc
TERM:
Members of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board are appointed for a three (3) year term. The Alternate is appointed for a one-year term.
HEARINGS:
Hearings may be on any given Wednesday of any given month.
